Crazy is best served in small doses so I’ll say this and that’s what the blog is for, to get out the details. Two years ago I was a raging drug addict and it basically blew the tricuspid valve in my heart to bits. I had no insurance so I kind of played ‘is today the day’ until January 1st, 2019 when I got insurance. A flurry of doctors and tests followed and by April 15th I was getting open heart surgery and a new valve (thank you mr.pig who gave me his valve and Dr. Muehlbach, my genius surgeon).
Being an addict took the joy out of about everything from my life, everyone suffered, including my art. Even though I am still recovering my love for life and art has come back and many other things that I had forgotten I cared about. I will blog about those things, I will take photos of that joy and hope to finally make something of myself.
And yes, I’m clean and I never thought I could say that and it feels better than I could have imagined. Please follow and hang out, it may get interesting!
